Craig D. Wise Founder, Executive Director, Managing Coach Craig Wise has more than 30 years experience in guiding athletes and teams to perform competitively, as evidenced by over 60 national championship titles earned by the club’s athletes. He started the club as a healthy activity for his six children. He is a long-distance specialist producing athletes that competed in Footlocker, USATF, and AAU track and cross country competitions. In the last 10 years, Wise has also trained athletes in the hurdles, , sprints, throws and multi-events to compete in local, state, and world-class competitions. He currently manages the Central Florida Gliders’ coaching staff and the club’s expanding operations. Wise has a USATF level I and also a Level II certification in the multi-events. He also has a USTFCCCA Track & Field Sprints/Hurdles Event Specialist Certification as well as a USTFCCCA Technical Certification. Wise holds an MBA degree in marketing and finance from the University of Pittsburgh and BA degree in biology from Hampton University. After a career in sales and corporate banking, he is a successful entrepreneur and professional recruiter, who coaches job seekers and has authored a book on interviewing. He volunteers his time extensively in the community with youth, including coaching chess, basketball and football. |

Coach Rose Rodriguez is a graduate of The Citadel, Military College of South Carolina with a degree in Business Administration. There she was a Division I scholarship athlete in soccer and track and field all 4 years. She specialized in the 100m, 200m, 400m, 4×100 and 4×400. She was a school recorder holder on the 4×400 in 2003. She also was ranked in the top 5 times in school history in the 100m, 200m and 400m from 2002-2003. She was the team captain her senior year. She graduated from Oviedo High School where she was a 4-year varsity athlete in both soccer and track. Outside of track she has been a player on the Charlotte Connolly’s Women’s Gaelic football since 2012. They have won 6 North American Championships between 2012-2018. She also has been playing in the national semi pro women’s soccer league called the WPSL. She has played for teams in Texas and Florida since 2005. She has been coaching youth since her 2 children started with the Gliders in 2018. She has her Level 1 USATF Coaching certification and is the Business Manager for the Gliders.
Neamen Wise coaches the sprinters and jumpers and is a graduate from USF with a business administration degree. Neamen competed in the hurdles, long jump and the decathlon, winning 2 state championships in high school as well as set records in college. He won the USA Under 20 championship in the decathlon and competed in a world championship. In high school, he won 2 state titles in the long jump and 300 meter hurdles, running one of the fastest times in the country and was also Florida Track Athlete of the year. He currenting markets software solutions for Boston Scientific covering 2 states. Larry Davis is a youth sports coach with experience coaching the hurdles, jumps and sprints which he competed in at Oakland University. He has earned a USATF Level 1 certification and is assistant track coach at Lake Brantley High School. Larry retired as a automotive manufacturing manager in Michigan.
